DNAs extracted from tumor tissues and peripheral blood cells from 33 esophageal cancer patients were used for the whole exome sequencing analysis (fastq files). Exons were narrowed down by using of Agilent SureSelect XT Human All Exon V5 + Reg and read by Illumina HiSeq 2500 (Paired-end: 100 bp).
