Data addition of

- WGBS, mRNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and smallRNA-seq data for female trophoblast stem cells (TS) derived from CT, ST differentiated from TS, EVT differentiated from TS (total 3 samples)

- WGBS for male TS derived from CT

- RNA-seq for male TS derived from CT, ST differentiated from TS, and EVT differentiated from TS (total 3 samples)

- ChIP-seq data for placental stroma

NGS (WGBS)

DNAs extracted from placenta (cytotrophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, extravillous trophoblast) and uterus (endometrium epitherial, stroma) were used for WGBS analyses (fastq format files). Libraries were prepared by Post-Bisulfite Adaptor-Tagging (PBAT) method and sequencing was performed with Illumina [HiSeq 1500 / 2500] (101 bp, single-end / paired-end).

 

NGS (ChIP-seq)

DNAs extracted from placenta (cytotrophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, extravillous trophoblast) and uterus (endometrium epitherial, stroma) were used for ChIP-seq analyses (fastq format files). Anti H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K9me3, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K36me3 antibodies were used for immunoprecipitation. ChIP-Seq libraries were prepared by using Ovation Ultralow System V2 kit (NuGEN) and NEBNext UltraII DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and sequenced using Illumina [HiSeq 2500] (51 - 126 bp, single-end / paired-end).

 

NGS (RNA-seq)

mRNAs extracted from placenta (cytotrophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, extravillous trophoblast) and uterus (endometrium epitherial, stroma) were used for RNA-seq analyses (fastq format files). Libraries were prepared by using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina) and sequencing was performed with Illumina [HiSeq 2500] (101-126 bp, paired-end).

 

NGS (small RNA-seq)

RNAs extracted from placenta (cytotrophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, extravillous trophoblast) and uterus (endometrium epitherial, stroma) were used for small RNA-seq analyses (fastq format files). Libraries were prepared by using NEBNext Small RNA Library Prep Set for Illumina (New England Biolabs) and sequencing was performed with Illumina [HiSeq 1500 / 2500] (64 / 68 bp [including adaptor], single-end).
