NBDC Research ID: hum0027.v1
SUMMARY
Aims: To identify polymorphisms (SNP and Indel) of responsible genes for Japanese aggressive periodontitis by whole exon sequencing (WES) analysis. Then, functional analyses forf the responsible genes were assessed by in vivo/vitro biological experiments.
Methods: WES by using of HiSeq 2000 (Illumina).
Materials: 44 Japanese aggressive periodontitis patients
