SUMMARY

Aims: The association between tumor genomic alterations and clinical outcomes, including clinical and radiographic progression-free survival, PSA response, PSA progression-free survival, overall survival, and time to progression to castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), was investigated in patients with metastatic castration sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) treated with the oral nonsteroidal antiandrogen enzalutamide. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for personalized medicine in prostate cancer.

Methods: Whole exome sequencing analysis

Participants/Materials: 76 mCSPCs prior to enzalutamide treatment
