NBDC Research ID: hum0517.v1

SUMMARY

Aims: To establish an optimal method to evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy and biological activity in vivo using tumor tissues and cells derived from patients with gynecological malignancies, and to evaluate them in practice. This research will contribute to the development of new treatments for gynecological cancer.

Participants/Materials: Endometrial cancer 30 cases and tumor tissues propagated in patient-derived xenografts (PDXs)
