DNA was extracted from peripheral blood cells/saliva of 564 children who participated in T-Child study (a birth cohort study) with ImmunoCAP ISAC sIgE 112 data available at age 9 years. Five hundred and sixty-two children for total serum IgE data. Genotyping was performed using the Asian Screening Array (illumina), followed by genome-wide association studies using the imputed genotypes (text file).
