DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 1,038 PAF patients and 744 non-PAF patients were used for the genome-wide association study (csv files).

DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 1,176 PAF patients and 1,172 non-PAF patients were used for the whole exome sequencing analysis. Genotypes detected from the sequencing data were used for genome-wide association study (tsv files).
