DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 254 AESD patients and 799 healthy adult controls were genotyped and a genome-wide association study was performed. Statistical analysis data is provided as a csv file.

DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 283 AESD patients were genotyped by using of 310 Genetic Analyzer, 3100 Genetic Analyzer or 3130xl Genetic Analyzer (txt files).
