SUMMARY

Aims: We will conduct an integrated analysis of somatic mutations/expression and protein expression, mainly in gastrointestinal tumors. By correlating these findings with histopathological and clinicopathological findings, we will search for new tissue-specific markers and prognostic factors that can be applied to histopathological and molecular pathological diagnosis.

Methods: Whole exome sequencing (WES) was conducted using tumor and non-tumor tissues obtained from RSPO fusion-positive cases.

Participants/Materials: colorectal cancer
