SUMMARY
Aims: Proteogenomic discovery of a novel class of cancer antigens by HLA ligandome analysis of colon cancer tissues
Methods: RNA-seq, CAGE-seq and Iso-seq data were used to analyze the transcript variants coding an identified non-coding RNA-derived antigen.
