SUMMARY

Aims: Comprehensive analysis of human pancreatic tumor subtypes.

Methods: Whole Exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, ATAC sequencing, ChIP sequencing, and Hi-C analysis using organoids established from pancreatic tumors.

Participants/Materials: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm
