SUMMARY
Aims: Investigation of the conditions for library preparation from cell-free DNAs (cfDNAs) using the newly developed adapter linkage reaction.
Methods: The cfDNA library prepared by the new technology was sequenced and analyzed for the properties of cfDNA.
