DNAs/RNAs extracted from non-tumor and tumor cells, or peripheral blood lymphocytes before and after treatment from 4 ATL cases and CD4+ T cells from healthy donors were used for the target capture sequencing, whole genome sequencing, single cell RNA-seq, single cell ATAC-seq, and ChIP-seq analyses. Fastq files are provided.
