DNAs extracted from matched tumor and non-tumor tissues from 17 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were used for the whole exome sequencing (fastq files). DNA libraries were established with a SureSelect XT Human All Exon system and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 2500 system (paired-end; 100 bp).
