SUMMARY

Aims:  To clinically identify recurrence and metastasis prediction markers and establish new molecular target therapies, we conducted a conprehensive genetic analysis of head and neck malignant tumor tissues and patient-derived blood.

Methods: DNA were extracted from tumor tissues and matched normal samples (peripheral blood mononuclear cells: PBMC), and subjected to whole exome sequencing analysis.

Participants/Materials: Bilateral / unilateral cancer of the external auditory canal

    (primary tumor tissues: 9 samples)

- matched PBMC: 10 samples
