20 WGS data (fastq) for 5 liver cancer patients were added.
DNAs and RNAs extracted from cancer tissues and paired non-cancer (normal) tissues or blood samples obtained from liver cancer patients were used for WGS and RNA-seq (HiSeq or Genome Analyzer). Fastq files are provided (Paired-end).
