RNAs extracted from isolated cells using different markers from tumor tissues of head and neck cancers. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with KAPA Library Preparation Kit and RNA-seq was performed with Thermo Fisher Scientific [Ion S5] (150 bp on average, Single-end). RNA-seq data are provided as fastq.
