DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells from nine trios of the Vietnamese People’s Army exposed to dioxin and his wife and child with mental retardation were used for a whole genome sequencing analysis (fastq). Sequencing was performed by Illumina [HiSeq 2500] (Paired-end: 101 bp or 93 bp).
