DNAs extracted from peripheral blood cells of 902 NAFLD patients (264 NAFLDs, 580 NASHs, and 58 NASH-HCCs) and 7672 healthy controls were genotyped by using of Illumina [Human610-Quad BeadChip、HumanCoreExome BeadChip、HumanOmni2.5-Quad BeadChip] and genome-wide association studies wrer performed (xlsx file).
