An imputation reference panel of the KIR region was build with WGS data and target capture sequencing data. DNAs extracted from cell lines of Japanese population (1,173 samples) were used for a WGS and a target capture sequencing analysis for KIR region.

DNAs extracted from cell lines of Japanese population (560 samples) were used for a target capture sequencing analysis for HLA region (fastq file).
