CAGE libraries in hum0113.v2 were resequenced with HiSeq 2500 (paired-end). Sequencing outputs are provided in fastq files.
hum0113.v2
CAGE libraries were prepared using RNA extracted from iPS derived neuron samples. In total, libraries for 3 Parkinson's disease (PD) samples provided by 2 PD patients with PARK2 mutations and 3 control samples were prepared in this manner. Deep sequencing analysis on the libraries was performed with HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) and provided in fastq files.

RNAs extracted from whole blood samples from 39 PD patients and 20 non-PD (healthy) contorols were used for preparation of CAGE libraries. Deep sequencing analysis on the libraries was performed with HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) and provided in fastq files.
