hum0113.v2
CAGE libraries were prepared using RNA extracted from iPS derived neuron samples. In total, libraries for 3 Parkinson's disease (PD) samples provided by 2 PD patients with PARK2 mutations and 3 control samples were prepared in this manner. Deep sequencing analysis on the libraries was performed with HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) and provided in fastq files.
