RNAs extracted from whole blood samples from 39 Parkinson's disease (PD) patients and 20 non-PD (healthy) contorols were used for preparation of CAGE libraries. Deep sequencing analysis on the libraries was performed with HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) and provided in fastq files.
