DNAs extracted from oral mucosa fibroblasts and oral mucosa from 4 patients with Gorlin syndrome were used for the whole exome sequencing (fastq files).
Exons were narrowed down by using of Sure Select Human All Exon v5 kit and read by HiSeq 2500/4000 (paired-end: 100 bp).
