DNAs extracted from tumor tissues and non-tumor tissues from 10 cases of colorectal adenomas or precancerous lesions of colorectal cancers (PCRCs) were used for the whole exome sequencing (fastq files). Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Human ALL Exon V5 and read by HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) (Paired-end: 100 bp).
