DNAs extracted from tumors, non-cancerous tissues or liver metastatic tumors from 9 colorectal carcinomas were used for the whole exome sequencing (Fastq files).
Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Human All Exon v4/v5 and read by Illumina HiSeq 2000 (paired-end: 100 bp).
