Human liver mRNA or DNA purified from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients were used for RNA-seq (fastq) and Methylation array (txt [β value of methylation]).
Agilent SureSelectXT RNA Target Enrichment for Illumina Multiplexed Sequencing was used for preparing libraries and read by Illumina HiSeq 2500 (paired-end: 100 bp).
Illumina Infinium® Human Methylation 450K BeadChip was used for Methylation analysis.
