SUMMARY
Aims: This study aimed at establishment of CTOS (cancer tissue-originated spheroid) panel covering intra-patient heterogeneity for colorectal cancer, lung cancer and small cell carcinoma of the cervix. With the panel, changes in preparation, culture, and xenograft were pathologically, biochemically, and molecular biologically monitored.
Methods: Exome analysis by using Illumina HiSeq 2000

CTOS (primary culture): CTOS derived from patient tumors: 5 samples (colorectal cancer: 2 samples, lung cancer: 2 samples, small cell carcinoma of uterine cervix: 1 sample) 3. CTOS (subculture): a.
