DNAs/RNAs extracted from cultured tumor cells from a melanoma patient, lymph nodes metastatic lesions of a melanoma case and TIL, PBL and LN-TIL of 3 melanoma cases were used for the whole exome sequencing, scRNA sequencing, and scTCR sequencing analyses. Fastq and bam files are provided.
