hum0138.v2
RNAs were extracted from normal livers from 7 healthy donors. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation v2 and RNA-seq was performed with HiSeq 4000 (paired-end: 100 bp). Data are provided as fastq files.

DNAs and RNAs were extracted from tumor, non-tumor and cirrhosis tissues of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Exons were narrowed down by using of SureSelect Human All Exon v5 and read by Illumina HiSeq 2500 (paired-end: 100 bp). Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared with TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation v2 and RNA-seq was performed with HiSeq 4000 (paired-end: 100 bp). Data are provided as fastq and bam files.
