Unlike conventional tumor markers, cancer cells themselves are collected from the patient's peripheral blood, which is a means that enables a highly reliable diagnosis. In addition, the method has the advantage of being non-invasive and capable of time-series analyses. The purpose of this study is to collect CTCs from patients with advanced urogenital cancer, especially metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), and analyze molecular expression abnormalities, and establish them as tumor markers for therapeutic effect determination and prognosis prediction."},"methods":{"ja":"エンザルタミド（enzalutamide）、ドセタキセル（docetaxel）、もしくは、カバジダキセル（cabazitaxel）を使用されている急性転移性CRPC症例からCTCを採取し、アンドロゲン受容体発現とスプライシングバリアント7（AR-V7）の有無を解析する。","en":"CTCs are collected from CRPC patients receiving enzalutamide, docetaxel, or cabazitaxel."},"targets":{"ja":"薬剤加療中の進行転移性CRPC症例","en":"Patients with advanced metastatic CRPC undergoing drug treatment at Juntendo University Hospital"},"url":{"ja":null,"en":null}},"listingSummary":{"methods":{"ja":"発現","en":"Expression profiling"},"targets":{"ja":"進行転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺癌：127症例\n（日本人）","en":"127 patients with advanced metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer\n(Japanese)"},"typeOfData":{"ja":"qRT-PCR","en":"qRT-PCR"}},"releaseNote":{"ja":"薬剤（enzalutamide）加療中の進行転移性去勢抵抗性前立腺がん46症例の末梢血内末梢循環腫瘍細胞（circulation tumor cells：CTC）から抽出したmRNAを用いたqRT-PCRによるアンドロゲン受容体発現およびスプライシングバリアント7（AR-V7）の有無の解析結果をエクセル形式にて提供する。","en":"mRNAs extracted from circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood samples of 46 patients with advanced metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer undergoing drug treatment (enzalutamide) were performed qRT-PCR.
